PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Every company has a different compensation structure. Our compensation structure is aligned with work completed.
01

PRE PRODUCTION

Our 1st Installment we take as a deposit for the project, funds to begin all pre production work needed and to lock in production days. This payment is usually non-refundable.
02

PRODUCTION

Our 2nd installment is typically due on the first day of production, to cover all production costs.
03

DELIVERY

Once the project has been reviewed and approved, the third and last installment is due before delivery.

Initial Meet

First, let's discuss your needs to ensure we're a good fit for each other.

Build Proposal

After our initial meeting, we take the key points and then develop a detailed proposal.

Proposal Overview

Next, we meet to review our proposal, which is carefully crafted based on our initial discussion.

Finalization

Then, we finalize the proposal from step four, ensuring we develop an agreed-upon scope of work.

Begin Execution

After finalizing the details and signing the contract, we promptly begin executing the scope of work.

What is the turn-a-round time?
For  'Basic' to 'Next Level' packages, 3-5 days, depending on the size of the project. For 'Penthouse' to 'Rooftop' packages, 7-10 days, depending on the size of the project. Video, takes a lot longer to edit than photography.
Do you offer Rush Order fees?
Yes, we offer rush order fees. For next day delivery on 'Basic' to 'Next Level' packages we charge an additional $250. For 'Penthouse' to 'Rooftop' packages to be delivered from up to 1-3 days, we charge an additional $500.
How long does it take to do Interior Photography?
This all depends on the size of the house and the lighting situation. Typically from 1-3 hours.
How long does it take to do Exterior Photography?
This is usually well within under 1-2 hr.
How long does it take to complete Photography & Videography together?
Again, this really depends on the size of the house and complexity of the project. No matter what the situation is, we typically do not go over four hours.
Do you allow revisions?
We will always offer revisions on quality issues or something that was our fault. We offer one revision, as it pertains to a preference, if not previously discussed in pre production.
Do your videos come with music?
This is up to you. We can add music or no music.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, if the round trip is greater than a hundred miles from our base out of Valdese, NC, or if you want us to reshoot something that was not our fault. 
Are your prices subject to change or have surprise fees at the end?
Our prices our completely up front. But, yes they are subject to change if you request a more complex video than what we are promoting. However, there are never surprise fees at the end. The final price will be discussed upfront before we begin.
Do I get to choose what images I want?
In our pre production meeting, you must tell us if you have specific shots you want and don't want.
Do I have to be at the property when you shoot?
That is completely up to you.
Do the homeowners need to be present during the shoot?
This is up to the homeowner / you.
Do you offer Bulk Discounts?
Yes, we do offer bulk discounts if multiple listings are required at once.
